My responsibilities:
- Implementing strategies to build a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Coming up with initiatives and strategies to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding whilst collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and creating a tailored hiring process for the opening.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, employer branding, and other initiatives to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external platforms, agencies, headhunters, and job boards.
- Developing and executing employer branding ideas to attract top talent and enhance company's reputation.
