- Tracking and management of all aspects of sales reports, calendars, trip reports, follow-ups and incentive compensation of sales team
- Responsible for new product introduction and sales performance
- Promotion coordination, trade shows, and national sales meetings: including outside vendors
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Member of the technical training and campaign creation teams
- Responsible for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation and disposition of non-conforming product, services and systems
- Process and procedure documentation as well as training and cross-training
