Responsible for training and assisting our dealerships (4 units) in implementing the sales methods applied by the Marketing dept.
Targets definition, implementation by my sales team, and follow up
Preparation of the required monthly, quarterly, annual reports of our principal in the UK. Presentation of results to the annual European importers conference. o Preparation of quality control and customer satisfaction index charts through questionnaires and personal interviews o Competition monitoring and reporting to the UK principal. Adjusting marketing plans based on actual results o Budgets, Forecasts, Sales reporting to the management & the principal
Responsible for the 400K budget allocation to the appropriate media & events o Negotiated with local media on pricing and free advertisements o Created events that would enhance the brand awareness
Monitored trainings and allocated new courses to the sales team. Responsibilities (Operations) Responsible for setting up of new dealerships
Liaised with Dept managers to ensure smooth day to day operations
Access to company’s accounting system and followed up on receivables in income generating depts.
Prepared reports to the GM relating to company’s sales & receivables.
