The "International Federation of Pickleball" or IFP, was formally established in 2015 to promote, develop and advance the sport globally and eventually join the IOC and bring pickleball to the Olympics. As Secretary I worked closely with the President to develop the organization, execute programs, and liaise with dozens of volunteer directors and others to advance the sport globally.
