Apr. 2012 - Oct. 2013Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsAs the head of operations, for The Appco Group Nederland and Appco Group Belgie's, I provide oversight across all 7 of our divisions. My role involves managing a dedicated team of 20 people, which encompasses several critical functions. This includes the team responsible for data capture, IC payment, invoicing, and tracking reject/clawback instances. Additionally, I oversee the Client Account Management team, as well as a specialized group handling customer service, territory management, licensing, and reporting. Notably, as I stepped out of the role of Client Account Manager - I was responsible for replacing myself and growing this team to three new Client Account Managers. On-boarding and training all of them. (Refer to the list below for the responsibilities of the CAMs who report directly to me; I collaborate closely with them. These roles were introduced to accommodate our growing demands.) Beyond team leadership, I drive business development, identifying promising opportunities, leading contract negotiations, cultivating essential client relationships, and implementing and monitoring novel processes. My responsibilities extend to ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of campaigns while also serving as a focal point for crisis management and issue escalation, both internally and externally. In addition to these responsibilities, I actively engage in project management, steering complex initiatives with my team. (examples; new client pilots, the roll out of new products or campaigns or new satellite sales offices) This involves meticulous planning, execution, and coordination, resulting in successful outcomes that contribute to our overall operational excellence.
