These roles were introduced to accommodate our growing demands.) Beyond team leadership, I drive business development, identifying promising opportunities, leading contract negotiations, cultivating essential client relationships, and implementing and monitoring novel processes. My responsibilities extend to ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of campaigns while also serving as a focal point for crisis management and issue escalation, both internally and externally. In addition to these responsibilities, I actively engage in project management, steering complex initiatives with my team.
