Jul. 2009 - Jun. 2011Rome, GeorgiaBand, ten—hut! I had the pleasure of working with an excellent, enthusiastic group of students. I led musical instructions for brass and woodwinds, and supported the visual team. I was the right arm of our fearless leader, the Director of Bands. Game days were fun days, and I coordinated all of the logistics on game days including: moving all band equipment to the stadium assuring that the band bleachers were prepped, cleaned, and water stations were in place. Coordinated lunches with stadium food service. Conducted the band (stands tunes and band cheers) during game. Coordinated band readiness for pre-game and half-time performances. Game days were late days too. I coordinated the transport of personal and band equipment back to campus.
