Mr. Broyles has unique experience in developing robust 2D and 3D animations, utilizing video & software in trial, as well as creating presentation strategies for all stages of intellectual property matters, complex commercial (antitrust, contracts, securities, bankruptcy, etc.), product liability, ITC Investigations and more. He also works closely with our jury consulting team during focus groups, research and mock trials, by moderating breakout deliberations, preparing group summaries and developing report graphics. His client list includes Winston & Strawn; Kirkland & Ellis; Sidley Austin; Jenner & Block; Mayer Brown; Latham & Watkins; Morrison & Foerster; Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Ropes & Gray; Blank Rome; Jones Day; and Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler. Among Mr. Broyles’ contributions, he has worked on notable matters for Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Campbell Soup Co., Abbott Laboratories, PepsiCo, RIM, Apple, Dell, Eastman Kodak, Conseco, Google, Goldman Sachs and Qualcomm. He is also a regular speaker and presenter on the subject of “producing electronic trials” and presentation strategy at various CLE presentations, ABA conferences and other meetings around the country. In addition to his work in litigation, Mr. Broyles works regularly with the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications practice contributing graphic concepts and production for a variety of corporate client efforts ranging from transformation, people & change, corporate reputation, and special situations to investor relations with diverse clients such as Dow Chemical, Diageo/Guinness USA, Transocean, Novartis, Energy In Depth and Coca-Cola.
