Mar. 2022 - Mar. 2023- Inherited a multi-year project to replace a legacy real estate transaction document management solution with a functional replacement built with best practices to eliminate years of accumulated technical debt.
- Planned and managed a series of major releases which phased-in new capabilities to allow agents to create, manage and send their DocuSign envelopes from the Side application for Listings and Offers. This gave agents the tools they need to manage their real estate transaction documents and signature workflows addressing inefficiencies that agents and transaction coordinators dealt with historically. - Analysis to identify improvements to current functionality and future capability as it pertains to document and checklist management, compliance review, team organizational hierarchy and role requirements with consideration to real estate market locale.
- Guided research initiatives to identify areas of customer delight and improvement for document management and send for signature workflows.
- Prioritized and planned enhancements and new product capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identified analytical needs, planned and guided the instrumentation of an analytics pipeline allowing informed decisions to be made based on operational utilization of the product and its features.
- Identified and guided initiatives to reduce customer support incidents for common issues, responding to direct and indirect feedback channels to prioritize high-impact improvements for internal and external stakeholders.

- Analysis to identify requirements and potential cost savings to build a compliance management system for real estate transactions with an objective of improving auditor efficiency by 200%, doubling the amount of transactions the brokerage can process per month and lowering the amount of auditors needed.
