They are responsible for helping customers to utilise all services within AWS, acting as the “voice of the customer” and providing architectural guidance when required. In addition to the above, I was in the team which assists customers with highly complex, technical problems that usually span multiple AWS services within the DevOps field. Although the functional focus is on cloud platform diagnosis, response, measurement, and automation, the main technologies included: Infrastructure as Code, Infrastructure in Code, and development pipelines and CI/CD.
