Management can easily assess performance by drilling down from a high-level Risk Snapshot or Goals Dashboard view, through Activity Reports across teams, all the way down to the individual employee level. CPDone V2.0 permits online delivery of a variety of media types for compliance and other training courses: eLearning (SCORM 1.2), Video, Audio, and PDF. A SMART goal can be constructed for the purpose of disseminating a single policy to selected teams, or the entire organisation. Alternatively, a goal might encompass an entire training plan specific to particular teams. We built an entirely online advice process, including 2-way interactive Fact Find and Statement of Advice (SOA) webinar presentation software, and eSignatures. I invented (and wrote) the software that enabled our advisers to work through these documents with clients in real time, 100% online (plus a phone call). We originally tried technologies such as GotoMeeting, but found that they were not user-friendly enough for typical "mum and dad" clients. My custom software took our entire lead-to-SOA presentation process from an average of 60+ days down to just 2 weeks! It was also integrated into Salesforce CRM, providing advisers with a premium user experience that took all the guesswork out of using Salesforce correctly, and ensured 100% compliance with our data capture requirements.

We developed in-house station management systems for integrated video advertising, and ran two 24/7 internet movie channels in beta for 12 months, before the company folded at the pointy end of the dot-com bust. This was my first serious role, and I managed 12 staff during the peak of the journey, including graphic designers, web developers, and other support staff. I was also the technical lead, and responsible for managing video production schedules as well as software releases.
