Feb. 2020 - Aug. 2021Greater Los Angeles AreaExternally: Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of T-Mobile’s sports, esports, and entertainment sponsorship portfolio. Assist with strategy, planning, coordination, and execution of client’s sponsorship initiatives while providing day-to-day communication to the client, its stakeholders, vendors, agency teams, and all relevant parties. Additionally, tasked with the responsibility of directing and coordination activation implementations which includes logistics, staffing, premium procurement/management, and activation programming. Internally: Work with the internal accounting department as well as the client's accounting department to help manage and maintain CRM deals across different verticals and offices. Ensure payment of invoices from client to agency. Manage and report internal hours on a weekly basis, curate monthly reports for clients. Additionally, support and assist the Activation team and the Brand Partnerships team with providing relevant research and insights to support, drive, and measure the client’s business decisions and results.
