Jun. 2008 - Oct. 2010• Established the whole operations system, from staff recruitment for each department in the company (sales & marketing team, backup & operations team, management team, finance department). • Managed a multinational team consist of European, Latin American, Asian, and Middle Eastern nationalities. • Singlehandedly conducted a training workshop for all company staff that included knowledge building of the industry, operations, customer service, sales & marketing strategies. • Built the communications structure for the whole operations of each department, as well as their communications structure with suppliers, wholesalers, and tour operators around the globe.
• Created a unique concept for quality assurance in operations, leaving no room for work errors, as well as perfecting the delivery criteria for all company related work.
• Maintained a perfect work flow by streamlining the whole operations structure, and applied quality control procedures for each department in a very efficient timely manner, leaving the main focus of operations on client care, and relationship building.
