Throughout this transitional journey, our UX team played a pivotal role in crafting strategic client engagements, devising practical approaches, and implementing user experience solutions for the payment sector across various industries, including Utility, Telecom, Auto Finance, Insurance, Consumer Finance, Health, and Higher Education. These solutions encompassed a comprehensive payment platform that covered web, mobile, IVR, text, kiosk, chatbot, self-service, and agent-assisted channels, catering to more than 26 different countries.
