Managed 7x24 operation of 300 servers (Mainframe, Unix and Windows); databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server); and Data Warehouse (Informatica / Oracle / Hyperion). • Managed infrastructure sub-projects of PeopleSoft implementations of ERP suites (Financials and HR); design and installation of necessary components of mainframe, windows server, database administration, capacity planning, performance testing and systems tuning. • Led infrastructure planning and design, platform feasibility evaluations (mainframe and alternatives), firewall and security, server consolidation, RDBMS evaluation and selection and disaster recovery planning. • Create the frameworks to define, administer, and enforce technical policies, standards, and procedures. • Represented the IST division in campus-wide architecture committees.
