Supervised a team of 4 to execute all Windsor School efforts: merged three independent school systems and their respective accounting & financial systems through the implementation of an enterprise-wide ERP, tying all aspects of Windsor Schools into one synergized unit, increasing visibility and decision-making ability to executive leadership. · Designed, developed and implemented a Financial Control Group to continuously evaluate and assess Windsor School’s internal control and compliance environment from a financial perspective, resulting in the identification of numerous control deficiencies, and inefficient processes affecting operations across the whole of the enterprise while still in their infant stages allowing quick intervention and rectification. · Analyzed, identified, and rectified inventory shortage chokepoints and redundant ordering, reducing lead times by two months and cutting costs by 23%. · Designed, developed, and implemented a Receivables Turnover improvement program, reducing average turnovers from 78 days to 39 in 9 months which smoothed Monthly Cash Flows, providing improved liquidity and WC.
