*Power of Positivity, a 21-Day "bootcamp" experience* where participants learned about the science of wellbeing basics and had 21 days to practice the 18 different evidence based practices known to rewire your brain and enable flourishing.
*Growth Mindset, a multi-week and modularized skill-building elearning* where participants learned about basic brain science as well as the evidence-based practices and tools to rewire the brain with the attributes of a growth mindset - resilience, grit & perseverance, positivity, and a learning orientation using the whole-brain. What I learned in this role: How to create a compelling vision and strategy and execute over multiple years; how to design, develop and manage leadership, executive, and professional development programs end-to-end; how to scale products and services; and consult and collaborate to maximize impact. Lastly, I became a subject matter expert on the science of well-being and high-performance within an organization to deliver learning experiences that benefited employees, culture, and organization effectiveness.
