• Construct and present monthly operational reviews, quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
• Enable clients to become more proficient by sharing tools, processes, and industry best practices
• Identify root cause of failed implementations or no planned adoption and develop internal action plan to salvage account
• Mentor and train incoming new hires
