- Analyze and communicate test results to the Project team and direct supervisor and collaborate closely with the Development team in case of faulty operation of the software/system, to remedy the problem.
- Coordinate with business (UAT) testers and Dev teams during sprints; offer support to UAT teams during deployments.
- Planning and coordinating UAT phase, Post Install Validation, DR exercises: efforts estimation for Roadmap planning, create test plans, verify environment set-up for UAT phase, monitoring risks and impacts at a Program Level.
- Assist business to review and understand project scope, requirements, identify possible test scenarios and interlocks.
- Perform smoke tests, regressions and functional tests for Commerce Interface Area and interlocks.
- Provide support to test defects identified in non-production environments or production support → log defects in TFS and identify course of action; perform preliminary root cause analysis;
- Communicate status, findings and progress to my FT as per our Daily Scrum Meetings -Agile Methodology.
-Maintain communication between testing member leaders, development, project management, business partners.
