• Represent HCMHDDC in a professional and friendly manner to all employees, applicants, new employees, and internal hiring teams.
•Collaborates with employees and candidates to answer employment related inquiries, escalating when necessary. •Collaborate HR Recruiter to complete full life cycle recruiting to fill openings quickly and efficiently. •Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
•Ensure completion of background tests, credentialling, fingerprinting, and drug screenings.
•Support the Payroll Administrator in the processing payroll to third party payroll vendor on a biweekly basis
•Maintain/update employee personnel files and data bases
•Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns
•Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational-wide laws, regulations, and policies. •Data entry of sensitive information in various HRIS, payroll, and benefits applications. •Maintain knowledge of all Human Resources related law and advise team of any necessary changes required based on laws. •Partner with HR team to complete special projects.
