Each country was represented by government and private sector. In excess of 20 industry sectors were represented over a 6 months period on site. Over 6 million visitors were hosted on the Pavilion. Presidents, Country Heads, Ministers, Kings, and Queens, Global Corporate CEO’s, Commissioners and others were hosted on the South African Pavilion. Myself, together with Roy Setlapelo (government pavilion director) managed all aspects of the Expo.
