In this position, I designed and delivered all in-house training programs, ensuring our staff was equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. In 2008, I was honored with the Support Person of the Year award for creating a high-level, NLP-based sales training program. This program not only boosted company-wide performance but also significantly increased staff retention rates.
