I currently work for Johnson’s Funeral Home which is a part of Smith and Thomas Funeral Home INC. My roles include IT manager of all systems and servers (business phone system, video system, computer hardware and software and remote cloud servers). As Project Manager my role covers the installation of IT systems and phone system including scope, initiation, sponsors, stakeholder communication, risk management, scope creep, agile, waterfall and scrum methodologies.
