• Played a pivotal role in the creation and socialization of Nike’s first global Sporting Goods playbook, working directly with the VP/GM of Sporting Goods, bypassing the need for vendor support—leading to cost savings of $250k+ in potential agency fees
• Assisted in deck/collateral development for many key partner meetings, including Footlocker’s CEO, Nike’s President of Brand and major sneaker summits
• Created custom branding (logos, visual center, color ways) for the business function as well as time-saving templates and pitch deck creation tools, leading to a significant reduction of labor hours for teams/leaders
