Unconventional country side quest house idea developed from a scratch and successfully ran for 2.5 years. Started in the middle of the woods in the South of Norway, unconventional building adjusted and redesigned to supply a unique accommodation experience for tourists. I got extremely good experience monetising the idea. Besides the daily business tasks, I worked with B2C and B2B sales, marketing strategy and digital visibility, story telling, fully managed and owned digital assets on global and local travel booking platforms. I succeeded to develop and scale a business. β€œVarm lunsj for skolene" (warm lunch for schools) was started as a social business idea offering an alternative healthy and warm lunch choices to traditional "lunch-box" option. The project was extremely positively met by the local community and businesses. The starting point was our kids' school Kristiansand International School (IBM) My partners in the project were Fristeren Catering and Reinharsten 1931. The strongest project outcome was a possibility to contribute to a local society creating alternative healthy and warm food choices for kids at schools. Great experience organising the supply chain and investigating digital solutions to optimise the business processes. Emotional outcome - smiling happy kids and grateful parents. The project was well monetised, had a potential to be scaled. We ran it for 2 years.
