I was responsible for the product management and lead the team of software developers. During this period, EXIS’s CRM platform was licensed to 12 service provider customers. We also delivered 8 consulting projects during the same period, offering our products and services to SMEs and Enterprise clients such as 3M, HOL/Vodafone, Unilever, WIND, EYDAP, Aegean Power, PostCredit, Teledome, Lannet, Vivodi, On Telecoms, Cosmoline, Tella in Greece and abroad. - The total company revenue from our CRM product for this period was ~3,5 million euros, reaching an average of almost 0,5 million revenue per year from new installations, licences and support contracts. - Grew the company’s team from 14 to 20 full-time employees. - EXIS reached the 1 million annual revenue for three consecutive years (2008, 2009 & 2010).
