With over 25 years of finance experience in multinational and national companies, I am a CPA/CRC certified Finance Controller Director in Brazil at Hikvision. My mission is to provide accurate and timely financial information, optimize the tax structure, and support the expansion and integration of new businesses in the local market. In my current role, I lead the Controllership, Finance, and Tax team in Brazil, reporting to the headquarters in China. I have successfully restructured the accounting and financial reports in Brazil, and I have implemented improvements at SAP, Power BI, and automation (robots) to improve the efficiency and quality of the financial processes. I am skilled in working with different contexts and cultures, having worked with Chinese, Swedish, Swiss, German, American, Japanese, and Brazilian companies. I am also proficient in IFRS and USGAAP, transfer pricing, and SOX compliance.
