Through this process I would, depending on the needs of my clients, partner with some of specialist in: Home Finance, Business Banking and Chase Investment Services and present a solution to their needs. Would also assist with the Small Business Lending division creating short-term business loans based on receivables that would help business owners finance expansions, etc. In this position I would interact with very a successful and affluent client base where timely and orderly results along with privacy was always expected, therefore it required very good organizational skills. Knowledge of thorough banking regulations such as the SAFE Act, Reg. D, AML & KYC, among many others, were a requirement. These policies were of great use also because more than 65% of my clients were of International origin from Latin America & Europe where my Spanish and French languages knowledge would make communication easier for them.
