Provide support of software sales via channel calls, positioning and messaging training, product roadmap direction, navigation of Rules of Engagement, segmentation issues, deal support, etc. Serves on software-specific initiative teams and inputs to all business plans and projects impacting software financial plan and liaising with Tech Dev teams and Partnership & Alliance teams as to strategic importance of integration and platform builds and prioritization.
