SSA Human Resources was the product and my role was to help the various ministries to implement the new system. I was responsible for the Business Process Re-Engineering of all 28 Ministries from a paper based system to an automated system. I worked on several contracts and was highly successful in every project. Responsible for producing the Central Government Establishment Register from the SSA Human Resources system at the Department of Public Service Management for the Government of Botswana. This project had been tried and had failed for three previous years. Brought the project in on time and under budget, delivering it to Parliament for ratification on the planned date. The government was so pleased with the outcome they asked me to come back on several more occasions. Responsible for all aspects of Business Process Re-Engineering project for the all 28 Government Ministries. Mapped and re-engineered all the processes currently in use within government. Responsible for training the implementation team, writing training manuals and customising the HR system for the government.
