- Develop Change Mindset Program for Lean: The Change framework, communication plan, learning plan, coaching plan, execute and evaluation.
- Develop Lean Leadership Program: framework, integration methods and techniques, develop untill execute asesment and measure validity&reliability Constructive Leadership Tools, execute all plan and evaluation
- Establish Training System: create guideline for TNA, assessment, training master plan and execute, training material, training documentation and evaluation
- Engagement System: develop job profile and competencies, involve in build salary grade project, follow up Gallup survey result
- Succesion Plan: create plan, methods, guideline to asses, IDP.
- As Trainer: Create and develop material, delivery training.
- as compliance member (internal auditor)
