With over 20 years experience in Customer services ranging from advisor to Coach and finally as a Customer Services Manager, with responsibilities for over 20 advisors. My role was to manage staff from start of the company to their finish with the company, dealing with recruitment, training and managing performance within the KPI framework. Often acting as Senior manager on the department to cover for absence in the business. One of my main roles was responsibility for training new policies and processes within the business to all stake holders throughout the business, and advisors, ensuring their understanding of the changes and impact on customers to ensure a smooth transition.
