A pre-seed start-up, specialising in food technology and app development. Places App is a food marketplace, built for you and me. The one-tool for all food and drink businesses. The mission is to build a profit sustaining business, but not at the expense of SMEs within a very competitive food & drink industry. << Key Duties & Responsibilities >> 🔹Recruited, train and lead a sales team to build on retention and team performance and to meet business goals. 🔹Collect and compile data related to competitor pricing, marketing, distribution strategy and other business areas. 🔹Establish key market areas and target using data and insights for new B2B and B2C expansion and acquisition.
🔹Opening channels for profitable business opportunities using sales strategies and business plans, and to market trends. 🔹Displaying strong sense of entrepreneurship and ownership to all tasks undertaken.
🔹Responsible for sales deck preparation for new B2B acquisitions. << Key Achievements >> 🔹Deployed sales strategy leading to acquisition of new clients and growing of a sales force team. 🔹Gathered key competitor's data resulting in key market entry and positioning of our product on price and features.
🔹Planned and orchestrated specific sales marketing campaigns resulting in 330% increase in new B2C user sign-ups.
