Increased Ready Now successors by planning, executing, and facilitating talent management processes that resulted in clear connections between critical roles, talent gaps, and top talent across Director + Population. Partnered with COE to modernize performance management globally ending 4-point rating scale and facilitate the new no rating process with HRBPs and the business in North America. Created a “Leading through Change” leadership workshop used across the organization to enable leaders to guide their teams through the impact of change. Managed $500k+ area level learning and development budget for North America in partnership with internal finance on vendor selection, ensuring focused development programs, and upskilling based on business need.
