Here, I delivered effective Apple Mac and Windows desktop support for internal users on IBM client sites, including GROUPM, JWT, MEDIACOM, GAINTHEORY sites. I also supported clients with multiple hardware and software issues working hard with our clients and internal teams to remedy faults and deliver solutions to overcome various issues. Successfully resolving complex IT software, hardware and security issues, I provided Infrastructure support, including support and maintenance of remote servers, user machines, networked printers and global software. I also managed two types of Active Directory and Office365 Suite, creating group policies and allowing access to security groups for internal users. In addition, I created and deleted user accounts, and other generic 2nd line support issues.
