Resolved significant number of past-due invoices due to large amounts of paper-ticket backlogs across 50+ service shops throughout NA and drove adoption rate of new digital tools to almost 100%. ►Architected a digital solution to turnaround margin erosion by providing customers with modern analytics to manage product reliability and enable interactivity during the repair process, reducing the customer’s operational costs generated by unplanned downtime and traveling to repair facilities. The new product expects to recover several million dollars in revenue (2017).
