•Create "outside-in"/ Oracle proposition views, in order to develop unique solutions for Strategic Accounts.
•Manage a virtual team of skilled professionals, to design, conduct and maximize cloud adoption.
•Create and implement programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and customer success
•Develop compelling operational and strategic business practices and processes based on customer situation, prioritization rationale and initiative alignment analysis.
•Develop, communicate, and train stakeholders on business practices and processes.
•Work across multiple line of business, such as Sales, Product Management, Industry Strategic Groups, Technical, Marketing and Customer Success, in an effort to ensure accurate and timely account strategy implementation.
•Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure actual customer goals versus account strategy plan objectives and milestones.
•Drive the designing and implementation of new processes and procedures, to ensure customer success.
