Led top-to-bottom organizational transformation including establishment of Strategy and Membership function, new player and coach marketplace product, customer lifecycle management strategy, and strategic partner program. - Operated as Head of Strategy for growth-stage African fintech partnering directly with their PE owners, CEO, and Head of Product.
