Mar. 2008I oversee the operations of Strategic Benefits Design, I also lead the charge in translating the business's strategic vision into reality, with a specific focus on the areas of Insurance, HR Information Systems, Employee Benefits, & Management Services, aiming to identifying the most optimal programs & providers for Employers/Vendors. This entails keeping a keen eye on both internal & external perspectives, data trends, HR laws, & best practices to ensure informed decision-making. I closely collaborate with HR & business leadership, conducting thorough assessments of current & future HR & business requirements, complete with the development of compelling business cases to underpin our strategic objectives. I choreograph the seamless alignment and integration of HR & business strategies within assigned business lines and shared services, ensuring a cohesive approach. I also take responsibility for overseeing the execution of strategic action plans & maintaining a vigilant watch on performance against SLAs & other critical key performance indicators.
I orchestrate the oversight of designated units, seamlessly translating business strategies into actionable tasks. This involves clear communication of objectives, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures, & supervising task completion. I also lead in making critical decisions, aligning team efforts, fostering accountability, measuring progress, integrating resource allocation, costs, & forecasts into unit plans. I proactively remove impediments that may hinder performance, guiding the team to adapt as needed. In collaboration with key stakeholders & business leaders, ensuring that products & services not only meet requirements & expectations but also align with departmental strategies, thus influencing a harmonious operation with overarching business objectives. I proficiently execute contracts with approved providers & exercise astute oversight of payroll & benefits programs for groups ranging from 2-4,000+.
