I also lead in making critical decisions, aligning team efforts, fostering accountability, measuring progress, integrating resource allocation, costs, & forecasts into unit plans. I proactively remove impediments that may hinder performance, guiding the team to adapt as needed. In collaboration with key stakeholders & business leaders, ensuring that products & services not only meet requirements & expectations but also align with departmental strategies, thus influencing a harmonious operation with overarching business objectives. I proficiently execute contracts with approved providers & exercise astute oversight of payroll & benefits programs for groups ranging from 2-4,000+.
