In my position, I successfully attained and managed an annual revenue budget of $1.2 million dollars, and developed the organization’s first marketing needs assessment, marketing strategy, and annual plan, while also providing 100% of the project management supervision and roll-out across all paid, earned, and owned tactics including all digital, social, and traditional media. Part of my responsibilities included operations management and human resources. I provided leadership and oversight for venue rentals, membership programs, and all retail operations, while effectively managing 12 full-time and part-time staff members within the organization.
