- Designed and Developed the Program Manager Role through the creation of processes, streamlined systems, and partnership management with both the extended Leadership Edge team and our clients
- Lead Program Manager for J.P. Morgan Chase’s firm-wide suite of Executive and Management training programs across all lines of business, function, and owned the management of the New York Hub, New Jersey, Delaware, and Texas regions
- Partnered with design and faculty to deliver a variety of management and high-impact programs; executed approximately 100 training sessions and 10+ global continuous development events annually
- Execution of programs included assessing the population and program analytics – deciding where and what programs to run, market at-risk enrollment, secure speakers, vendors, and participants, event planning and logistics
- Strong relationships with faculty, design, location leads, and operating committee resulted in the flawless execution of training programs
- Continuous development of the processes for programs, hub locations, and PM team to ensure consistency within the global Leadership Edge initiatives
- Worked with design on program content development/changes and execution; conduct quality assurance for training presentations and materials
- Trained senior managers on ways to manage Millennials and Gen Z employees through 1:1 coaching
- Curated relationships with the senior Leadership Edge leaders and company stakeholders to bring confidence to the growth and success of the programs
