Apr. 2021 - Sep. 2024Birmingham, Alabama, United States• Manage program delivery through results- and people-driven decision-making, • Create and maintain partnerships with community leaders (donors/ funders, organizations to host tax sites, higher education institutions, early childhood education leaders/ First Class Pre-K, state representatives), • Provide service delivery in grant compliance for foundation grants, state appropriations, and federal grants, • Interview, onboard, and exit AMCS members in compliance with AmeriCorps and Office of Inspector General regulations, • Lead presentations/ identify speakers for professional development and DEI sessions, • Create, onboard, and manage volunteer systems across the state, • Plan for and manage Alabama office budget annually, and • Represent Impact America in the community at speaking and networking events.
