May. 2022 - Nov. 2022Primary responsibility for the strategic marketing activities supporting our Flexible Materials market segments in our Hygiene, Health, and Consumable (HHC) business in Europe, India, Middle East, and Africa (EIMEA).
Manage new product development projects through the stage gate process for assigned
business segments in the region. In this process the marketing specialist I will act as project
manager, keeping others on task, but also owning the marketing deliverables throughout the
process, such as gathering voice of customer (VOC) and product requirements, market
segmentation, creating value proposition statements, and creation and execution of
marketing campaigns. Gather and organize information to design marketing content and promotional materials and
work with marketing communications to create and deliver those materials in the most
effective way and according to brand guidelines. This includes but is not limited to things like
sell sheets, sales presentations, social media or email marketing campaigns, videos, blogs,
product selection guides, web/digital tools, and value calculators.
Manage HHC customer or industry related events for the assigned market segments by
working with your marketing peers and commercial team members to identify event needs
and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event. These are events such
as trade shows (live or virtual), webinars, customer visits, etc. Oversee implementation and management of proper new product set ups, product line
strategies and pricing into our internal management systems such as SAP, FLIP, eStore,
etc.
