Keep board members informed, donor details, fundraising campaigns, and areas where help is needed. Plan and prepare materials for board meetings. Cultivate positive relationships with key staff, donors, participants, sponsors, and volunteers. Ensure nonprofit follows laws and guidelines governing letter of agreement, code of ethics, accrual basis accounting, fiscal policies, internal/dual controls, and IRS guidelines.
