Converted ISO 7775 documents to ISO 15022 for S.W.I.F.T. 2002 and S.W.I.F.T. 2003 conversions. Interfaced with end users in Global, Domestic, Income and Tax groups, as well as their development and support groups, to redesign interfaces to allow Bank of New York to send and receive expanded data sets. Created Test Cases; Unit tested, regression tested, staged and implemented major upgrades and installations. Mapped xml transactions for GSTPA. Interfaced with DBAs to develop direct update of XML messages to DB2, bypassing legacy applications and copybook limitations. Developer/designer for new bank-wide PSS corporate action system. Created all interface transactions – also replacing traditional cobol copybooks – for inbound and outbound transactions. Interface documents allow for multiple data formats – domestic, global custody, income and taxation – within a standard footprint as well as BankFax messaging. MIDYS team member. Support and monitoring for all S.W.I.F.T. traffic entering and leaving the bank. Used FILEAID (MVS) and ULTRAEDIT for testing, Visio for data flows and XMLSPY for schemas.
