Jul. 2014 - Sep. 2024New York, New York, United StatesI was initially hired by Magilla Entertainment as the company Scheduling Manager and was tasked with company executive and crew travel, scheduling shoots in the company studio, and streamlining procedures in the equipment room. I found myself quickly getting involved across multiple departments within the company. Currently I’m heading the company music department, where I negotiate contracts, work with vendors on license agreements, and help the creative teams find music, and provide company wide training on our music website. I oversee the filming of development projects, which involves serving as liaison between creative, post, legal, and other departments to ensure that show is being executed creatively, on budget and keeping in pace network deliverables. I oversee the production team on our series “Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovations,” Where I Provide support to Show Runners, Executive Producers, Line Producer, and other members of the team . Responsible for hiring, holding, and booking field crew, handling shoot logistics and travel, budget tracking, manage vendor accounts, and office support.
