utilization and vendor management. Track daily job site documentation.
Prepare detailed daily reports with up-to-date project progress, safety updates,
and communicating updates to relevant parties.
Maintain open and responsive communication, promptly addressing emails and
inquiries to facilitate efficient project coordination. Provide general
administrative support to the project team as needed.
Submit project documentation for approval, POs and change orders.
Attend internal coordination and project meetings as requested or required.
Monitor progress of customer purchase orders, material handlers, shipping &
receiving
Work with Accounting and Finance to monitor expenses and rectify any invoice
discrepancies.
Ensure vendors have appropriate tickets to be working onsite.
