Assist with organization development of separation of duties and utilization of SMEs Create new employee onboard program to target retention and align with ECCU's new Mission, Vision, and Core Values achieving a high 98% employee retention rate
Train an average of 25 new employees per year
Specialize in compliance training for each line of business including position specific requirements
Create movies and photo-shows for trade shows, job fairs and in-house distribution
Conduct needs analysis of individuals, teams, and/or business unit leaders to develop specialized training programs
Clarify performance issues and provide targeted recommendations/interventions as necessary
Design and develop workshops for performance improvement through action learning, team-based coaching/mentoring and consultation, and leadership development
Develop a "Train the Trainer" program to maximize the utilization of SMEs, as necessary
Facilitate all training sessions using multi-media presentations throughout entire organization including classroom, video, and one on one
