Head advisor in the development of the advisory program designed to assist middle school students in the transition from lower school to middle school and from middle school to high school. Program included a strong curriculum in study skills, life skills, and college preparation. Included supervision of student academic standings, parent conferences and implementation of strategies to assist struggling students.
