This role implies the coordination of local and remote teams (content developers, publishing team, third entities) in order to ensure the successful delivery of every project. • Build and drive projects plans, reflecting timelines, deliverables, activities breakdown, milestones, resources.
• Identify and resolve arising issues, establishing mitigation steps to ensure project success in terms of deliverables, schedule, and quality;
• Assess the impact of changes and manage issues and risks that may impact project development and deliverables.
• Lead weekly calls for each project/program, tracking the progress of activities and further communicate project status, impact, and issues timely to management and stakeholder teams;
• Develop strong business partnerships with Global/Regional teams, Marketing and Product teams, in order to get global/regional specific input to product training development requirements.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of training performance and provide suitable interpretation to the management.
