•Provide timely and relevant information to internal teams and top management regarding public affairs issues, enabling informed decision-making, strategic alignment and successfully navigating the political landscape.
•Monitor and analyze public policy developments, delivering critical insights and actionable recommendations.
•Establish and expand a robust network of strategic alliances to support Chirey’s projects, enhancing collaboration and resource sharing.
•Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
•Align Chirey Mexico with Chery’s international policies concerning ESG actions, projects, and strategies.
•Serve as a liaison between associations, chambers, public officials, authorities and regulatory bodies to advocate for Chirey’s interests. Achievements:
•Directed Chirey’s Manufacturing Plant Project in Mexico, overseeing a team of over 20+ reports based in China while coordinating engagement with federal and local government representatives.
•Delivered an Electric Charger Network strategy for Chirey in Mexico, in collaboration with AMIVE, CFE, CRE, and SENER.
•Established robust relationships with governors, ministries and institutions involved in the automotive industry to secure operational continuity in Mexico.
•Developed an ESG proposal for Chirey Motor Mexico encompassing all brands (Chirey, Omoda – Jaecoo, Exceed).
